Fender Lips?

I was just wondering if any one has considered creating a more muscular fender lip/arch for our cars? By that I mean a more pronounced lip sort of like the Fox body mustangs or the new 05's. It would take someone who is good in metal work/ autobody. But the benifet other than a more muscular look would be the fact you could put on wider tires or use mustang rims that would normally stick out an inch to far.

Just putting an idea out there for all of you.
