Let's cross the alley together and arrive at Markham park together for the picnic.

Here's the plan:
9:00AM on Sunday, meet at the Hess gas station on the west side of I75 at exit 123 (Corkscrew Road), we leave at 9:15 from there and that brings us to picnic right at 11:00AM. If you have any FRS radios, bring em'.

Who's in?

Thats where you go accross the glades isn't it? I lived in Daytona for 5 years but never drove that stretch of highway. How fast can you get up to? Any cops?

-MatAbout a 100 mile straight line, FHP is out there. If you want a brief incursion into the limits of your clock, there is room, the lane changing is what causes problems.

Been there... done that.
In a SUBURBAN and a 94 TC.
I'd love to "do it" in my MM, but she's tucked away all snuggled up in her winter blanket....... sooo cute, isn't it? :o

The road is not very level. There is a lot of terrible accidents on it. I have gone about 125 mph in short bursts on it but I would not recommend it. Cops? There are a lot more Collier County Deputies on there than FHP. If you get pulled over, tell the cop to go to hell, throw the ticket book on the ground, and just drive away. They don't mind.

Now that sounds like some good advice too me!

Thsi always works for me when I get pulled over;

"In the first place officer, I pay your wages!" " And while you're protecting and serving get me a cold beer, this ones warm"

They just back right down and excuse themselves for disturbing you. You might even get a police escort the rest of the way.

Just don't stop, I see it all the time on worlds wildest police chases.

but I must say had it up to 133 to make sure Dennis removed the speed limiter. and he did a great job with the flash of the factory ecm. stock no other mods.
