Those Roush Rims are an awesome replacement for our Marauder, wish they would come in chrome thou.
Check out this web site for tires: www.tirerack.com For high performance, the Pirelli PZero should be a good choice, KennyBrown Marauder S uses them, just ask the owner (Mensrea).
I'm not sure what size he uses but I know they are wider in the back than stock.

The Roush wheels are nice, and a very good price. Anyone know off hand how they would fit on an MM?

If I was buying tires today, it would be the PZeros. As for the wheels, my fav was always the American Racing, black spoke, high gloss polished rim (similar to Bulletts). But, they're not available in 18"...yet.

SergntMac,

Accoring to the website they will fit both the MM and CrownVic...may have to drive by and look at some up close and personal as I live nearby

Excellent choice Schuvwj

I agree.....Traditional AMerican style racing wheels
.....theyve gotta be fat.....Roush ones are too skinny for the marauder, just my opinion

Thanks, Bill, the last time I stopped by the Cragar page, the largest wheel they offered was a 17". I see they have caught up over the past six months. I agree, the "grandaddy" of them, from the old days.

Jeez, I wish the Roush wheels would fit, but I don't believe it. Our factory offset is 50 mm. I think these guys are misinformed. I believe they will fit on the previous panther's with the old suspension setup, but I don't think they will work on our cars. If they WILL, then any SN95 wheel should which would be great news as far as I am concerned. I'd love to fit some torque thrust d style 17's (ala Bullitt)!

I emailed the guys selling the wheels telling them I thought they would not fit our cars or any 2003 panther. Here is their reply.

"probalby not with the bigger brakes.
thanks,
kk "

It's actually the hub offset that is the problem, not the size of the brakes. Too bad anyhow.

MM wheels rule - part of the personna and attitude - easy to clean and w/god head in middle - different wheels make it look like modded CV or GM - bet you if they were not so expensive CV and GM owners would be mounting them as I type
