does anyone know if the new mustang GT has same size rearend

I am getting tired of waiting for ferd to tell me if they can get me a MM from Texas, so I was thinking, does the new GT use the same rear end as ours.
If so, I could have the 4.10s that i never had a chance to put in the MM in the GT.

The gear set should fit, but are you sure you're gonna be able to get a Mustang GT? Remember the thread about Ford holding production of the GT's because of an engine problem? If you want a MM, go looking, there's a few of 'em around, but the supply's drying up .....fast! There was one at St. Albans, VT as of last Saturday, when BArry and AZ Cobra guy went and picked up his.:)

There a dtr that they'er trying to sell as new here @ Ramsey ford in rising sun md on telegraph rd. it has 1700 miles they thought they sold it but the person didn't want it and gave it back plus they were using it as well .but it come with the incentives..

if the gears are 8.8 they will fit. same rear..
