JMR Marauder, the particulars, if you please. Size, what tires, etc.

Looks like a photoshop job.

Who in their right mind would do that to a Marauder?

;) :D

On the positive side, I bet you could stuff some meaty brakes in there with all the room those wheels would give you.

On the positive side, I bet you could stuff some meaty brakes in there with all the room those wheels would give you.sure, but on the negative side, don't forget that the lower profile that you go with the tires, the more prone you are to bending the rims if you happen to encounter an unexpected pot hole, and that will often result in an immediate flat tire with the 30 & 35 series tires. I agree that the Lad can mod his car as he sees fit. There's no hatin' comin' from this poster. Just my two cents. ;)

A five point harness is required to use all the power that is available if you want to stay seated and in control.

Really.

Seriously.

Not to mention the abuse the rest of the vehicle will take. The low profile tires and heaver wheel/tire combo with increase loads into the suspension and frame.

The wheels look familiar though. I'll post them if I can remember what they are.

I think I found them. They look like Foose Speedster wheels - probably the 3 pc 20". They also come in 22s.

Yeah, I'd really like that. I want to know the specs of the wheel, what tires he's running, how it feels, etc.

I'm considering going to a larger wheel when I send my OEM rims off for repair and chroming.

As an aside on the wheel issue, I used to drive a 1960 Mercury Monterey Montclair. Had a 351 windsor with headers, dual exhaust, cherry bombs. Had nice paintjob, put on chrome "smoothie" wheels with sportyish tires. The original tires were rotted to pieces when I got it, and the original hubcaps were pitted horribly. I had no choice but to "modernize". I just wanted something that looked better and rolled better than a stone. Funny part was, all the youngsters in the 'hood thought I was major cool because the modern tires were so much smaller that the ones they used in the 1960s. Looked like I had lowered the suspension. LOL

They look great...minus the car.

You see, it's kind of like a beautiful girl with huge ass feet...they're just not in preportion.

Big rims look great on large SUVs...and, uh, large SUVs.

Who looks at feet? Looks like it's time for Uncle Marty to give you "the talk."
