Fuse f1.19 (15amp) in the underhood fuse box supply power for MAF sensor, PCM, O2 sensors, IAC solnoid, EGR system and Fuel injectors. If it was blown there was a short in any of those systems or wirring to them. First place I would look is at the engine harness on the right rear of the engine just below the wiper motor cowl. There is a bracket that comes down from the cowl that has been known to rub threw the engine harness.
