Polished covers for wheels, prevents brake dust from getting on your spokes.

Not for me, because I WANT people to see my Baer brakes (and may not fit because of them), but something somebody with stock brakes may be interested in. Cost is $35 a wheel.

I would be concerned about brake / rotor cooling.

*Unless they'd just be used for show.

Those are a bad idea because they do not allow enough ventilation across the brakes and the rotors can overheat and warp.

Ordered a set yesterday & will try to cancel.
I will be sending them back when I get them.

I took a closer look @ the the front wheels today.
The brake calipers stick out pass the wheel mounting surface as stated in the description :

" These wheel accents are designed for rear wheel drive applications only. Wheel Accents require that the brake caliper does not stick out past the mounting surface of the hub."

Nice try. They would have looked sweet.

I concur. The definitely restrict the air flow to the rotors.

Plus, small territorial woodland animals may attack their reflection seen in the covers leading to scratched wheels. Those things should come with a label warning of that.
