View Full Version : Sad to say goodbye...

Well, after much soul-searching I decided to sell my MM. I just need a new or used SUV. My current SUV needs anew engine and is 10 years old. And if you've been watching the weather channel you know how bad it's been here in New England. Happy to report that a very nice fellow from New Jersey purchased my car and I'm sure he's here lurking. Miss the MM already but I know it's in very good hands. 15 years of sending three kids to college and graduate school (and paying for their weddings) just doesn't leave me in a position to keep a toy. Maybe in a few years I'll pick up a used one.

Till then - Hope you all have great luck with your cars, you're a nice group of folks.

Just about the same reason I sold mine...I needed a pick-up. Good luck with the new vehicle search.

Dave, I'm sorry to hear the news of your parting with the Marauder.:depress: It was nice meeting you last summer. Keep in touch and if you get the urge to drive a Marauder just give me a shout.;)

Albeit not s/c, same response as above. Stay of board here, come to the meets, the bug will start its work again. Saw this today, iy applies to a lot of us, "There's a real fine line between a hobby and mental illness."

Man, New England is losing Marauders left and right...first Moparzz, then Marauder8 (both neighbours here on Cape Cod), now Rep12...not to mention the one that had an "excellent adventure" going from Vermont to Arizona...
