What are TX MMs going for or went for?

I starting talking to the dealer in TX today. It took them a bit to figure out that I was in CA, and didnt plan on meeting them in person.
But the window sticker is $36,000 and Ford is offering $5000 back right now.
I remember hearing that some people were getting MMs with sunroofs for as low as $24-25,000.
This MM has sunroof and heated seats and the changer. Never thought about heated seats, but at this point in the game, I will take what I can find.

My 04 MM had a sticker of $34 and I paid $31 for it.
I would be happy with anything around $26,000 but is that out of reach. If I go get a GTO I would be paying about $32 for it, so with the MM I could keep all the toys I already have for it, and should lower my payments by a decent amount. Right now I pay $508 for my MM. Ferd is supposed to get me my check hopefully this week.

I thought all the new one were gone.

I'd have to say $26ish should be about right if you found a new one.
$29 is too much IMHO,unless you really want one.

sticker on mine was 37 got it for 24

I drove the last new one out of there on 12/17. $26 out the door with a 6/72 extended warrannty and tax
