The one pictured in this tread which is 1 page folded in half. the other one for 2004 is like the 2003 which is stapled and contains 16 pages for 2004!

I bought one from eBay that, according to the seller had 16 pages. Once received, including the covers, had only 12! :mad2:
After about 2 weeks of fighting via e-mails and phone calls, the seller agreed to send me a full refund.
I wanted it bad enough that it cost me my right...uh leg.
Thank goodness I got my money back.
They have been advertised for as low as $5.99 if you look hard enough.
