The offset on a Marauder wheel is too far out for the 85 Crown Vic.
You would need an adapter ring to mount the Marauder Wheels,
and you may even have to roll the fenders for the wheel/tire to clear.

The Marauder wheels are made to fit a HUB Type suspension,
not the older Spindle Type suspension.

The offset and hub type issue can be overcome with appropriately sized hub-concentric wheel adapters (a.k.a. spacers) like (say) these .....

*They are H&R, however, Eibach also offers them (and they appear to be made by H&R).

Got your Email; am replying here.

BTW ...
- The diameter of the hub hole for the Marauder rim is 2¾" at the back-side.
- The backspacing for the Marauder rim is 6½".

That's what I'm using to put the MM full-size spare wheels on my 68 Cougar, the ones sold by Eibach. Looks like 35 mm in the front, and 45 mm in the rear, are going to work out nicely. :)

cheers

I guess I would need that size to put '03 CVPI steelies or Bullitt wheels on my CVPI.

Now take some decent pic's to do it justice.

BTW ... You are not limited to the godshead center caps; the ones for the Crown Victoria LX Sport as well as the Ford Racing Performance Parts and Roush offerings are a direct-fit.
