My brother, a Windy City Native was making a trip Thursday from Racine on I-94. Between Racine and Kenosha, he noticed a black car haulin' azz in the left lane behind him. My brother was traveling about 75MPH and this car BLEW by him and was out of site in about 20 seconds. He saw the pipes and heard the roar AND it was a Black MM with Wisconsin state police plates on it.
Anyone heard of Wisconsin troopers driving our cars?

Haven't heard about that, but than I don't travel that area of the state that much. I'll keep my eyes open.

No, but I have hear on several occasions of Illiniois State Troopers using our cars. Once of I-294 and the other on I-88.

Could've been me, I don't live too far from that area. I Live right off of I-94. ;) Somtimes when I want to go for a joy ride, I cruise up one side of 94 and the back down.

Jersey has them too. My fiancee was on her way home from school one day, and while she was on a highway headed towards the parkway in Patterson a CVPI with its lights on came up behind her she moved out of the way and right behind the CVPI was a Marauder also with grille lights, strobes, rear window lights, and everything else going as well. The CVPI was blue and the marauder was, of course, black.
