I don't want to sound like I know it all, 'cause I don't, but that'll never come to the car market. It just looks too rediculous for it to catch on.
I can see it catching on in other markets though - like construction on that bobcat there. Great concept and Idea!

I can see one big problem right off. Let's say that you drive through some sticky mud or snow. Wouldn't the mud or snow that got through the spokes to the inside of the tread give you some balance problems?

Welcome to early 2005... That was revealed at the Auto Show IIRC. It's not a fake or a photochop.
There's no sidewall becuase they want to show you what's inside. A real production tire using this technology will have sealed sidewalls to prolong the life of the flexing material.
