I ran a search for Chassis dyno's in Washington, and only received 5 hits.
The first was Austin's ProMax. Tuning would be done by Total Performance and they charge $75 per car for Dyno only, 140 per hour for tuning (Dyno included). They said you need to have your own tuner, and I didn't ask if they can tweak someone elses tune.
