Starting in Portland, Oregon. Going to see the Redwoods. Then south and over to Vegas. Then thru AZ, and NM. Ending in Fred Texas. My girlfriends parents live there. Will most likely run over to New Orleans for a bit too. I have a short term job in Three Rivers in April, then will head back to Portland thru OK, then up to Denver. Will stop at Yellowstone then take a left. So if you see a black MM with Oregon plates along this route, it's me. Also I'll be stopping at Death Valley to see the "100 year" flower bloom going on right now due to the rain.

Anyone have ideas of other stuff to see along the way???
Leaving on Friday.
Rod.

Hoover Dam is pretty impressive. We drove thru the petrified forest as well, there too ... pretty cool. Grand Canyon of course. Colorado is pretty awesome, especially when you come at it from the 4 corners (South West). Some pretty impressive scenery. The wife and I did this a couple of years ago, took us forever to make it thru the state, we must of stopped every ½ hour to take pictures!

Anyways ... enjoy your adventure and stay safe.

Grand Canyon..... pure and simple..... if it should be on ANYONE's short list of things to see. Awe inspiring and breath taking!

What route are you using to get thru Arizona over to Texas? If you are coming along I-10 holler. I am about 40 miles off that interstate... on the border!

Sierra Vista, Arizona
"Living on the Edge"
