The "Silverback" is in need of a dyno tune since installing the Predator tune program. No working dyno's in my NW Louisiana area. Search function lists shops that are too far away.

Can anyone recommend a shop in the Houston or Little Rock area. A search of the net reveals horror stories for each, so...... someone's personal experience would be a plus in my selection. Can't go to DR's or Lidio's too far. Thanks.

:help: Pat, can't help with the Dyno Tune, but I do have a question? In the course of your mods did you install the JLT first and then the Diablo? Also, what indications are you seeing that lets you know you need a tune? When you installed the Diablo was there any significant change? Appreciate the feedback.

I'll be happy to share my experience with you. I installed the JLT first, other than a big whoosh when getting on the throttle I couldn't tell by the seat of my pants that performance improved. But the Kit is nice, easy to install and I view it as an enabler when my predator is installed. Got the Predator, installed the tune and went out and ran the car up and down the highways, byways, and I didn't feel any different, except the rev limiter was 200 RPM higher.

Went to the strip, two weeks ago, when it opened, re-loaded my stock tune and cut two runs at 15.1 @ 95MPH. Loaded the Predator tune at the strip, and cut two runs, one at 15.3 and one at l5.0. I was crying on the way home. Now let me say this, reviewing time slips from Dragtimes.com my 15.1 is average, so I don't think my car is sour.

Contacted several people on this site and they are cutting 14.5 right out of the box with their Predators. David Morton may be able to help you better.

I contacted Diablesports and they couldn't help me. They recommended a dyno tune to see what's going on. I tried modifying the tune but didn't have any success there either, just did a little on the timing and fuel up and down.

Now, modifing the speed or rev limiter or shift feel, and idle speed produced very noticeable results.

Hope this helps.
