Finally got to run a 300C

Today I got to drive my baby to work. It was almost fifty degrees and I had to pull it out. I can't believe it but I got to drive it for two whole days before the talk of snow returned. Anyway, on the way home tonight I went by a 300C on the freeway which later came off at the same exit I did. I made the turn on 8 mile and so did he. We came to a light and he looked over and nodded at me and then looked up at the light. I knew he wanted to race. The light changed and we took off together. Both of us left a little rubber as we left the light and were running neck to neck. When my car hit second it was all over. I started pulling on him and he shut it down. We coasted up to the next light and we did it again. This time I got him a little on take off and then once again by the time I hit second it was over again. He then rolled up on me and his passenger then give me a thumbs up and they then turned off the road. I have been wandering just how my car would stack up against a 300C and now I know. If I can beat them with my few mods, I know the supercharged guys are really having their way with them. :D

i took on an sxt 300 the other day... i know it isn't a 300c, but then again, i don't have a marauder(yet).

i made him eat my exhaust purty darn good. he was really itchin to try me too! :)

I think because its a 2004, you're doing better than most. :D

The owners who bought SILVER, like that color because it doesn't get as dirty,
and doesn't need to be washed as often. Hence ADDITIONAL DRAG...

The BLACK owners, have to keep a coat of ZAINO buffed out on their cars
at all times, in order to keep the aerodymanics in tune !

I had a guy with a Magnun RT pull up to me a month ago (before the Supercharger install) and looked over my car kinda smug. When we both made the turn onto a major road he stayed beside me and then nailed it. I nailed my car at the same time he stayed beside me until I hit second gear and it was all over. When we approached the next light he gave me thumbs up, I rolled down the window, as did he, and I said "What do have in that thing." We both started laughing and drove off.

I am so jealous....I have been on the look for such a "may I ride along next to your 300 C (hemi) and see if you can stay up " (kill)....and here ya go without even looking--right in your lap----man oh man---#7 will be out tomorrow for an unusual take to work run (good weather tomorrow) and we'll see what entriges 7's nose...more on this tomorrow night if anything developes......nice going bigslim..
