My '04 mm has one of the short overhead consoles, and I'd like to buy/swap for one of the long ones that were on the '03's. I think they used the short ones for the moon roof, and said, "What the Hay" we can save .49 cents if we make 'em all the same size" . I think they're all dark charcoal, and believe all the '04's had the short ones.

Anyone??:D

Mike .... I have the long overhead console. Mine's the light flint color. I am keeping mine, though !!! Sorry. The drop down is perfect for my FRS radios and storage for SlowPoke's "Marauder.net" cards. :up:

And ...sunglasses. Didn't know they were Light Flint also. Someone told me they were all dark.

So, revised request: I'm looking for a long overhead console in Dark Charcoal. :D

Mike just PM Dennis and ask him to remove Marks console and send it to you and then you can send yours to Dennis to put in Mark's car. He'll never notice. :rofl:

Nah mine has to many miles on it .Wouldn't you want one that still smells new , like 10k Kenny brown new? Well at the next meet make sure you park next to ,, ummm you know the rest.you can have a choice of colors too..:lol:

I'll tell him to back, :eek: no, pull his MM into the garage. :whistle:

Y'know, though, I think I recall Dennis or perhaps Lido talking about having some of the long ones, because they needed shorties to use with some custom sun roof instillations. Otherwise, I'll check with brother Ray, next week. :)

On second thought, Mark's old smelly one might be a better choice. :D

Ray can get you one for sure, as he got an '04 console for Project L-K. You'll have to get a new mounting bracket as well, as the design changed, and be advised the wiring harness is very likely different, so be prepared to spend some bucks with a qualified auto electronics tech to work it out.
