Wow, what a shock! In another thread there was mention of the Lincoln Mercury heritage, thus implying a long history. Anyone want to guess when the Lincoln Mercury Division started? 1959, that's when! :D

Don't know about Lincoln/Mercury Division but 1939 was the first year for the Mercury nameplate.
