I need a shop to get my gears installed. ELD in Clinton wants $400 to do it. I think that is a little high. Let me know. Thanks.

I paid 350.00 at a local shop and had the dealer re-do the installation for a couple of hundred more. You get what you pay for in some cases. Most small shops don't like warrenty repairs. L/M dealerships will stand by thier work.

I'm in NJ and since that's definatly not local, i can only tell you what he charges so you can have something to compare to. Local shop, very reputable, have had a lot of friends get gears installed there, wants $590 for parts and installation, that's gears, the oil, and the installation.

$460 installation and gears included.

Girard, PA.

That's the best I can offer.

Pay no more than $325 for installation, otherwise you're being screwed.

I am going to Kauffman's tomorrow, it is a drive for you, but I will ask anyway. I take it they are 4.10 gears?

If you already have the gears it is $300 for installation and fluid.

If you do not have the gears, it will be $500 for gears (Ford motorsport Gears), installation and fluid.
