I'm about to remove the Zex kit from my car this weekend to get ready for the S/C install (not arrived yet) and realized I still have a full bottle.

I opened the bottle, and figured I would just use it up over the next day or two.

I'm driving to work in medium traffic this morning and see this newer Z28 trying to get around cars to get next to me at the next light. I was first at the light and best he could get was behind me. I revved and so did he so I knew it was on. I don't get a lot of this kind of stuff since the local FHP got themselves a DTR MM. I switch on the NOS arming switch. The light changed and I took off, flooring it only after the car got moving to keep from roasting the tires. The Camaro was giving it his all but I was walking him, easily. I let up around 65 after gaining a good 5 car lengths on him. He went around me. We stayed pretty much side on this 3 lane road to the next light. It turned yellow so I slowed down for a little side by side race, this Z28 guy runs the light, full red before he even got there! I guess he didn't want to see the back of my car anymore. :dunno:

Actually Mark, there are a few FHP Camaros running around here but none of them are unmarked (that I know of). They're all 2 tone FHP colors. They also have a confiscated Hyndai that they use, the only way you can tell is the FHP licence plate. They can be real sneaky.

Nice story !!! Sounds like you were having fun. :D

The local county police here have an unmarked brownish Nissan Altima in their fleet. I thought that was sneaky. Glad that I saw him pull over someone else 'cause I would never had guessed it was LEO. :(

Doesn't the FHP union protect the officers from this?

Nice job, brother!

Carfixer is developing a habit of picking on F-bodies.

Y'all didn't hear about the kid in the Trans-Am who had his hopes and dreams crushed. :bigcry:

You get an extra slice of pizza for dinner tonight...

Was this the 75 spray?

Yes, this was a 75 shot. I only used the 100 and 125 shot for the track.

You tune is the basic SCT tune?

Yes, I'm using the basic tune from DR in my 9100 tuner. I believe some of the newer tunes have a more aggressive timing curve and I recommend getting a nitrous tune. If you are going to run it on factory stock tune, the 75 shot is perfectly safe, IMO.
