Well I figured tonight would be a good time to take the MM out to Ennis to run the 1/4mi. I was pretty pleased with the results. My only mod so far is the DR SCT computer flash. I raised the shift points slightly from the tune he sent me. He had the car shifting at 5800 on the 1-2 and 5900 on the 2-3. I moved them both up with Quicktune to approx 6050-6100. I only ran it 4X, all of these were with the car fully heated up, zero cooldown between runs. The worst 1/4mi ET was 14.67 the best was 14.61. The worst MPH was 97.54 the best was 98.17. I was having a time trying to get the 60' down. The car bogs so badly off the line. The best 60' time I ran was a 2.27 :puke: . I was hoping to see a 14.5X at 97MPH, at least I made one of the 2 goals. Guess its time to install some gears and take care of the boggg!:D

Heck, that's still a full second faster than my car was stock, congrats.

Thanks, What kind of MPH were you running stock?

The switch to 4.10 gears will solve your off the line problems. Are you brake-revving before you launch?
Those are good times considering the car weighs in at more than 4,000 lbs.

Yes, I'm really happy with it overall. I did a RWHP calculator on it based on the MPH and a 4350 lb weight(I had 7/8 of a tank of gas while racing:( )and it showed to be approx 275 RWHP. I was holding it at about 1/3-1/2 throttle, brake torqueing it on the launches. I tried different methods, flooring it immediately, easing into the throttle, rolling out and then flooring it. Nothing seemed to make much of a difference. I guess gears are in order!

91.97 all you have to do is look at the last page of the time slips, I'm at the top of the lasst page. By next month I'll be on page 1 - hopefully.

Excellent times, very similar to what my car ran on the flash I bought from Dennis, I hope your times improve as you make other changes, I spent some money on items that increased my low end torque and dyno readings....but my car has never ran faster than it did on just the flash. The 60' times have improved from 2.3 to 2.15. :)
