I know I've seen this on here before, but can someone remind me what modifications are necessary to put MM bumpers on an '03 Vic? Joe, are you out there?

As far as I know, the rear is a direct swap...but the cut outs for the tips will be slightly different. The front however, is a totally different story. You will need at a minimum, in addition the the bumper cover itself: the header panel, headlights, and grille.

Confirming what 01 Interceptor mentioned .....
Rear - Direct swap, HOWEVER, .....
1) The Crown Victoria's exhaust notches aren't quite as articulared; NBD though. *And Yes the Marauder tips line-up/fit/etc..
2) The Crown Victoria's facia has a trim strip ( which the Marauder doesn't ).
Front - To put the Marauder facia on the Crown Victoria you will need the following Marauder components .....
1) Header panel.
2) Head lights.
3) Grille.
*You should be able to use the CV's corner lenses, but why would you. :D
The BIG deal for the front facia is that the Marauder's grille is ~2" narrower at the bottom; ergo so is the facia indentation for the grille.
Better option is to trim the CV's front bumper facia at the trim strip line and graft the lower portion of the Marauder's facia to it; cover the scar with a new trim strip. *WAY less $$$$$.

Joe, you and I think alike...however I would make a whole new mold of the front fascia for the CV's.
Also, after 2001 there's no trim strip on CVPI models.

I'd like the Marauder front bumper cover for the foglights. It looks like a very custom/pro job rather than me cutting holes in the one I have now, in order to install fog lamps mounted to thin air...

If you make this mold and are sellinG bolt on bumper covers with Maruader fog light holes/brackets, I'll put one on my list of must haves.
