OK My friend Warren had a company send me theses bumper bibs for small trunks and SUV's this comes with a Velcro strip attaches in the trunk hangs over the rear bumper to prevent scratches, pretty cool, I used the SUV model here. I thought I would pass this on to you and see if there is an interest if so I will have them put Marauder on it. I did this with photo shop if not please don't throw rocks at me

Nice!....I'm in for one. :2thumbs:
For all the NOS users it would keep the Nitrous Bottles from scratching the rear bumper cover when they are removed for a refill.

Same price or a little more? The wife might be interested.
I should have patented the idea. Two weeks ago I noticed a couple of small scratches on my rear valence from loading mom's wheelchair in and out of the trunk on my MM and GM.
So I took an old table cloth pad (vinyl on one side and cotton on the other) cut it into a wide enough strip and long enough to hang below the rear bumper and fastened my "apron" by using the existing plastic fasteners that hold the plastic water seal.
Works great.
Goes to show you, great minds think alike. Ha. What a coincidence.
Of course mine are not as nice.

When I put something in my trunk I usually don't let it scrape across my paint in the first place...

I dont either, but sometimes I do have to lean against the bumber to reach in the trunk. :) And sometimes members of my family are not as careful as I loading or unloading the trunk.

Not to mention it works great keeping Taco sauce off your shirt.

Ahhh, the impetueousness of youth. As an 18 year old, that's easy for you to say, but as a 66 year old, one tries but is not always successful, manhandling a 50lb wheelchair into the trunk. Hard to find a piece to hold on to that doesn't turn.
Of course I could have gotten a family sedan, but then I wouldn't have a MARAUDER would I?
Peace.

I believe the deals are:

PI torque converters - need 5

Trunk bib
Oil filter bib
Gas filler bib
What's next?
Steering wheel bib so your fingers and sweat don't muss up the dash.
Wiper arm bib so the wiper gunk and wiper fluid doesn't touch the cowl.
Door bib so your feet don't scratch your car.
Visor bib so in case you sneeze, you don't get it on the instrument panel.
Sideview mirror bib so in case your mirrors move, they don't scratch anything.
You'll end up with a car that has more flaps and attachments than a Ghillie suit.

Another benefit from the bumper bib... Whenever I lean into the trunk to get something out, I lean against the bumper and my pants legs get filthy from the road grime. Hopefully soon I'll be able to just flip out the bib and keep my britches clean!

Good point there. I hate that, too. Mine will be going on the wife's Ford Five Hundred which has a little bit of a reach to get in the trunk, especially the far back portion (it is the largest trunk in North America...).
And I hope to have a Marauder in the next couple months to put on on!!!

My apologizes to Dennis. I just checked again and it seems I was trying the wrong phone number. Somehow got a 907 area code instead of 904. That is what I get for trying during work. I will try the correct number here shortly, Dennis. Need to get that order in.
Did you say those should be in this Friday? Does that mean they will then ship after you guys get them? And do they all have the Marauder wording on it?

What type of material are we talking about?? "Felt" backing or other?? I have a car seat protector in the back seat of the Marauder and it's "felt"(side that faces the leather) on one side and "vinyl" on the other.

The bib I ordered got here today and is installed. Took about 2 minutes.
Very nice product, but more important, Dennis runs a good operation.
He needs to bottle his approach to customer service and sell it to the US auto makers.
Thanks again.
