the site looks different; instead of trophies i see pictures of cars. any every looks like they bolong to the capital marauders. also the spacing and general look and feel looks like it has been tweaked a bit too much. am i nuts?

Are you using FIREFOX ???

Try resetting the defaults, LOG OFF MM.net, and delete the cookies cached for MM.net in Firefox.
Close Firefox, and open it again.
When you Login to MM.net again, you will get a new set of cookies written to Firefox.
That might solve your issues...

The trophys have to do with the number of posts you have made.( I think).....

i am using firefox, yes. The problem seems to have corrected itself, probably with some intervention by Logan.
