I am in need of the name of a LM dealer in Maryland, preferably near montgomery county, that can service my MM properly.

I just finished a 3 visit nightmare with Manhatten LM in Rockville. Between not having parts, not having ever worked on MMs, excuses and incompetance, I have had it them.

Has anyone had any success with any other dealership? Ford or Mercury.

Thanks

It may be a little out of the way ... but I have had good service from the Brown's L/M dealership in Fairfax, VA. Send me a PM and I'll give you the number for my service guy.

Try Safford LM in Silver Spring, from buying the car to taking care of a recent problem, they have been great. I was working with the service manager (Chris) on my recent issue and nothing could have gone smoother.

I dont know how far you are from Rising sun md(Cecil County) But Ramsey Ford (http://www.internetautoguide.com/car-dealers/33-int/maryland/cecil/rising-sun/) didn't know those cars that were in their lot for sale were Marauders until they worked on mine and now know this site as well..Everyone in there knows my car even Mark the one who does the commercials..Ask for Brandon tell him you know me..He's a good guy..

We bought our MM at King LM in Gaithersburg. Our initial servicing, the service adviser wasn't the most personable but the service was okay. At the time, one of the mechanics owned a Marauder. We now take our Marauder to another King dealer, Hagerstown Ford, where we bought our Explorer. We did not want to deal with 270 traffic for the servicing. We are very happy with Hagerstown Ford. Ask for service advisers Brian or Dale if you want to try them. Tell them the Kenny Brown Marauder sent you.

For warranty issues I take my 2 MMs where I bought them -- Safford LM.

^^^^Yep, I've never had my Marauder back to the Dealer for service....I'm sorry to say that; but I just DO NOT trust the 18 year old 'techs' they have working back there.
I bought my MM AT Safford LM in Burtonsville, Md. because they treated me right and gave me a great price on my Marauder. (They had 8 Black MMs lined up on their lot!!!)
IF I have to take my Marauder to a dealer (recall, warranty, etc.) I will take it back to Safford LM.

Why won't you use Massey L/M right next to Hagerstown Ford?
I bought my MM there, and am dealing with the service department now.
