Rear Speakers

How do you get the rear speakers out, mine don`t have grills,justcarpeting.
Does the back seat have to come out to remove the carpet?

bottom part of the back seat "snaps" up and off, two large nuts need to be removed to take off back part of seat, then the carpet "deck-lid" slides off. Four speaker nuts and you're all set!
