First I want to say that I had the chance to meet RoadwarriorSVT and his wife this morning for breakfast at Anna Miller's to talk Marauders. I had a great time and if anyone else would like to join us in the future please feel free to pm.

Also, the first Ford GT on Oahu is currently on display in the McKenna Windward Ford showroom. The new owner will be taking delivery tomorrow, 24 April but it was definately on display today. I know because I made the trek from Ewa this afternoon. Wow! That is quite a car! There was a $132k dealer markup but thats to be expected in Hawaii (read with heavy sarcasm). The car is white with blue stripes and its worth the drive!

Might be able to get there over the summer. Might be able to bring the DR S/C#1. Working on compliance issues with respect to the laws of Hawaii. Got most of it worked out.

Thanks Road Warrior SVT, my fellow former Marine NCO! Thanks to USAA insurance! Thanks to the NEX Auto Port Pearl Harbor! This will not be an easy thing, but will be awesome if it works out.

If my MM ends up in Pearl Harbor for a port visit as the "Morale" vehicle for the ship, anyone who wants to test drive it will get a chance.

In fairness, Gunslinger gets the first shot at it since he made the most personal sacrifices for our freedom over the last several months.

Mercutio is going to try to join us and do another story for Super Rod.

I'll be visiting in a couple weeks. I'll be taking my girl for her birthday, as I've done the last 3 years. My Chicago buddy James owns and operates Tobacco's of Hawaii 512 Atkinson Dr. in Honolulu. He drove a Unimog out there for a while, til his condo assn. complained about it taking up all the parking spaces... Waikiki here we come...
