I found the link to finding a 12-volt source in the gauge pod for Switched 12v, but is there also an "always hot" 12volt source in there somewhere?
Hooking up my Nexus gauges and I need both. :)
Thanks!

Thanks guys!
I tapped into the lighter for Hot 12v and Ground and into one of the old gauge wires for Switched 12v. Whoohoo! Nexus gauges lit and work!
Pictures after I get a couple of the sensors wired.

Congrats John! I can't wait to see those Nexus gauges lit up!
Which gauges did you go with?

One down, four to go.
Got the Oil Pressure gauge installed this afternoon. If you don't do anything else to your own gauges, replace that hokie fake gauge! Mine starts with 90+ psi cold and then settles down to 48 psi in gear at idle warmed up.
After searching the forums for where to stick the tranny temp gauge, I've decided to tap into the lower line heading to the cooler. Now I have to go get a T fitting. Anyone know which one I need?
Waiting for the ZEX 4AN gauge connectors and then two more will be functional.
Still hoping someone will speak up as to where I can find a ported vacuum block for the Boost/Vac. I looked around on the top of the motor but didn't see anything that jumped right out. Not like the good old days with the vacuum tree hanging off the back of the intake manifold!
When it gets dark tonight I'll make a quick movie of the gauges in action.
Cheers!
John
