Im in the market for a marauder, but after I get one, I plan on purchasing these mods:
JLT Cold Air Induction
Kook’s Headers/ Exhaust
4.10 Gears
Steeda Underdrive Pulleys
Stallion Torque Converter 3000 Stall
Pro-M MAF
SCT Superchip Flip Chip For 2 Programs

I would like to know if I could wait until the end of my modding to get the flip chip, or would it be better to get it sooner. If I get it sooner, after what mod should I get it? I can get the chip reflashed after I add more mods, right?

The 4.10s and a new tune go hand in hand. So if you held out getting the 4.10s you really wouldn't need a chip. But then you wouldn't have the better shifting and everything else that comes with a new tune. And yes for the most part the chip can be reflashed to take advantage of new mods if needed.

BTW welcome to the site, looks like you've done your research.

Thanks. Also, do you think I would need an aftermarket driveshaft for those 4.10s if I also plan on adding a supercharger down the road? And, do you think that ^ is a good order to do the mods in, or would you recommend a different order?

do you think that ^ is a good order to do the mods in, or would you recommend a different order?Since you asked, here's my $0.02: (if you're staying N/A...if you plan on a blower, then disregard)

SCT Superchip Flip Chip For 2 Programs
4.10 Gears
Steeda Underdrive Pulleys
JLT Cold Air Induction
Kook’s Headers/ Exhaust
Stallion Torque Converter 3000 Stall
(Pro-M MAF)

I put the MAF last for a couple of reasons:

1) Pro-M is no longer in business
2) the SCT Big Air MAF works better
3) you don't need to change the MAF until you get blown

I agree with RF about the MAF, not needed untill you get blown. I have a Dynatech driveshaft on my car now because of the 4.10s for peace of mind. Its been stated that the reason that the speed limiter was set to where it was, was because the driveshaft couldnt handle the RPMs. But when they do the 4.10s they need to loosen the driveshaft anyways so might want to bang it out at the same time. Also depending on how long it will take you to get your choice of s/c you might want to skip the underdrive pullies, you will not beable to use them once you get the blower.

Ah.. but at Steven's age perhaps he has a better chance of getting blown than some of the rest of us?

Maybe he could move that MAF up the list a bit? :run:

....but that isn't to say that a different MAF is absolutley neccessary once you supercharge the car either.......my Marauder has been supercharged for over a year now, and I've put 17,000 miles on it since it has, and the stock intake and MAF are just fine, and my car runs consistently in the very low 12's on 93 octane pump gas at the dragstrip. ;)
