Looks good to me. Should have those Z&M control arms off by then. If somebody wants them, I can bring 'em along.

Sounds good so far. I won't know for sure until next week.

Will it be at the XXX?

DirtyDog

I'm in for it.
How about some suggestions for maybe an out of the way location, or woodsy setting, or scenic or isolated private race track?

Not me... I wonder what the weather's gonna be like. Maybe we could hit bremerton or Pacific raceways. :)

I say for this meet, we should have it at XXX only because there is 6 days left and there has been no discussion about another meeting place. Plus everyone knows how to get there.

It will be crowded at 8 AM until 5 PM.

Well, since that's the days opening, we should probably think of another area ASAP.

Blue03

Jeez ...All dressed up and no where to go!!! Since XXX looks to be real busy... I'm stumped...unless you want to wait til the next week end and try Cruzin' to Colby http://www.cruzintocolby.com. If there is still space available (deadline was supposed to be 5-15-05) you could choose the Sunday Cruz (limited to 400 cars) or the Monday Show and Shine (limited to 800 cars). They are a little spendy at $20 per car but maybe its a quick warm up for MVIII and WDC. Heck if you wanted to go on Saturday, you could even attend a live Concert with Johnny Limbo and the Lugnuts!!! Hey it's Everett after all ...otherwise maybe we should just try XXX anyway and take our chances.

Nothing wrong with that.......that just means we get to look at some cool vintage tin to boot! We can park our high tech stuff in the back 40 somewhere. Although I'm game for any other place too! There's an old 50's burger joint on 75th & Evergreen Way in Everett, Forest Park isnt far away with a nice setting. Just an idea :dunno:

I thought of a place, have to check something out today and get back to you this evening.

Here we go, a vacant theater and parking lot next door to a Mr. Bill’s restaurant (a 50’s car theme). Next door is a Lincoln Mercury Dealer, also a City Park with a Lake. Next to the Dealer is an Outback Restaurant. Across the street is a Car Toys store. Across the street the other way is a K Mart. Easy freeway access. Also close to two parks with lots of shade for Polishing. All this in Seattle.

You are correct. I looked for the mile marker for I-5 and could not find a map.

Ryans PI

Here is the address for Olympic Lincoln Mercury:

13001 Aurora AvenueNorth
Seattle, WA 98133

You guys can go to mapquest.com and get directions. Remember, Mr. Bill's is right behind the dealership, so the address above will take you right to the restaurant.

It's a pretty good size parking lot, so parking should be not a problem. I was just there about 30 minutes ago to check it out. I couldn't remember the size of the lot.

As I drove by Olympic L M today heading home from work I had a thought. As you arrive on Sunday drive through the dealership, it will be the most Marauders they have ever seen. They never had more than one at a time. They also think any mod voids warranty.

They probly think it's a GM. I wonder if I can get them to change the oil and rotate the tires.

Looks like I'll be in early and out early Sunday. Good news is Mrs. Blue03 will be with me but we will head out early to pay our respects at a 2pm funeral. Then we're heading to SeaTac to drop off Mrs. Blue03 for a trip.
I've resisted mods for quite a while but it is futile I know... soooo if anyone thinks of it and its not too much of a pain to bring em along, I'd like to look at the SCT 9100's or XCAL1's that anyone has. I'm thinking I might go ahead and do an XCAL2 in the near future. See you Sunday

I believe Jon was thinking the Albertson's on 128th. Since I'll have a spousal unit in tow and she'll be packing a suitcase, It will be better if I just hook up with you guys at the meet. I'm hoping to get out the door before 10:30. See you there!!! :)
