Well, it's been a few months since I got the car, but I finally got a thumbs up from someone on the road. Maybe now that's its getting warm out more will come. Only bummer is that it was from someone driving a WRX. Of course maybe that is a good thing, coming from someone from the "other side." Didn't feel as good though coming from a non-American car.

Congrats! I got my first thumbs up from four teenagers in a late 80's early 90's Buick Century...

I've had people ask about the exhaust before. It's always "Is that flowmaster?", like it's the only aftermarket muffler they know. And the answer is always, "No it's SLP", then they have a confused look on their face. But never had a nice car or actual thumbs up to show appreciation before.

WRX is a pretty serious car. A car like that is more of a car guy's car then most. I would take a compliment from a WRX owner with much more esteem.

My first compliment came from a truck driver dropping something off at my work. I was outside testing some electronics on it at the time - so it wasn't the best time to sit and talk about big power sedans. But I did my duty as a proud MM owner. :D

Last week, I got a big "thumbs up" from a 30-Something guy in an Expedition. :D

I've gotten the proverbial 'thumbs up' from a group of 5.0's driving around, a WRX, and a Mitsu Lancer Evo - those are the only ones that come to mind because I give all those cars respect; until I install the Trilogy ;)
