Has anyone who has installed the GT coil covers had any fit problems? I guess its not technically a fit problem, but the RH cover's front attachment bolt doesn't seem to go nearly as deep as the other three. The cover seems seated and tight, but it just bothers me that the depth of engagement for this one bolt is so different than the other three. Any insight or comments? Thanks.

no problems here. Coil covers fit just like the factory.

If you're using the OEM screw, it's not adequate (IMHO) for a tight and waterproof coil cover seal. Contact Wes Chain, a member here, who has the correct thumbscrews that match our valve covers.

The covers fit perfectly, but, like I said, the forward bolt seemed to tighten much sooner in the hole. Everything looks good and snug, just checking. Thanks.

I had no problems with mine, but I used different fasteners to match the other stuff under the hood of LK.

Did you get some junk in the hole? If there's a little piece of gasket in there, that'd explain it.
Take some compressed air and blow out the hole, if junk flies out, problem solved.
If that doesn't do it, use a tap to clear the threads.
Also make sure that there's no old locktite on the bolt itself.

Mine fit good also, no problems.

Anyone have a pic of these installed on a MM? What do they cost and where to get them? Thanks.:)

I got a set of GT Coil Cover from Ray "THE DEALER".
He has a very competitive price.
I painted the lettering Red & Blue with FORD ENgine paint
and installed them with no problem.
The OEM Screws hold it down fine.
I bought the thumscrews from Wes, but you need to find brass washers
because the shoulder of the thumbscrew is not the correct size
to hold down the cover.
These thumbscrews were designed with the OEM covers in mind...

I've got a set that's freshly powdercoated (silver) for $75 and I'll pay shipping. Interested?
