Lined up at the lights and the announcer stated to the crowd a 2003 Mercury Marauder,this is what you get folks when you take a GM strip off all the chrome and paint it black!Well I was only able to get one run in and got a 14.7 with stage 1 package thought it would do better maybe next time.But there was a guy there from NY a black 03 marauder with ghost flames and a super charger and 4.56 gears that did a 13.9.Told him about this web page and he said that he did not own a computer.

I went to Lebanon Valley Dragway,West Lebanon NY for the Musclepalooza held by Hemmings.Sat-Sun May28-29.I did post under North East Marauders Musclepalooza,Maybe I will see you or others at Epping NH sometime this summer.

Me too. Last time I was at Epping, I ran a 15 flat. It'd be interesting to see if I've picked up anything now that the car has over 5k miles on it.

A MM with a supercharger and 4:56 gears running a 13.9 is terrible. Maybe he put on a show and burned the tires all the way down the strip.

I saw the car at the staging area and he even put slicks on the back.So I asked him if it was super charged,he said yes and opened the hood.I asked him what he had for gears and he said 4.56,I told him that I had 4.10 and a program,cooler plugs and therm,he said I would not do under 15.0,said that with a supercharger he had a hard time doing under a 14.0 I asked if he knew about this web,and he said that he did not own a computer.My friends saw him run after me and said that he did not spin at the lights.NOW I and everybody here would say that (a) he does not no how to drive or(b) there is something not right with his car.Anyway I did not see him after my run but I hope he saw my time.I only got one run in but still think I should be able to get a 14.5

Could it be he lied about the 4.56's and just had the stock 3.55's :confused: :confused: :confused: Something doesn't add up?? I like to know the elevation above sealevel at this track???
