Here are six runs from our 5/28 visit to US. 41. Match the 1320 peformance with tire performance?

ET MPH 60'
A - 13.682/109.67/2.306
B - 13.131/109.15/2.077
C - 18.992/ 42.85/1.891
D - 12.835/110.84/2.074
E - 13.403/109.26/2.298
F - 12.665/109.74/1.909

Tire #1 - B.F.Goodrich "G Force" drag radials, 265/35/18, various PSI

Tire #2 - Pirelli P-Zero Assymetrico radial street tire, 285/45/18, 40 PSI.

Extra points if you pick who drove the 1x in which run, me or Zack.

Now before you start, remember that there may be some psychology at play here. What appears obvious at first glance, may be staged to appear that way. On the other hand, maybe not?

Ready...
Set...
GO!

Too many variables to even make a guess MAC :) Especially when you do not identify whether those runs are posted in chronological order and throw in multiple drivers. A dart board would be just as good as guessing :)

If you broke the runs into two groups, runs with the BFGs and runs with the Pirellis (of course without identifying each group) then we'd have a shot at it. Any individual run on its own isn't really meaningful. A group of runs is the only way to establish a performance pattern:)

But, for *****s N Giggles, and guessing what kind of point you might be wanting to make ;), I'lll say Zack drove the Pirellis in run F :)

BTW, what happened in run C? Bracket racing a moped? :)

Right you are, Mike. Just a series of events at the track that leave me ROTFLOMO.

Run F, Pirellis, 40 PSI, trunk loaded with tires, cooler, tool boxes, computer, jack, about 150 extra pounds of crap, and Zack get the best time of the day, second best time for the car ever...Go figure. Run C, Bellows pipe blew off.

Nevermind folks, game over.

Whoa, hold on a sec! I want to know about the runs!

Jeez, I really hope my comments didn't put you off Mac. That wasn't my intention what so ever!!

EDIT- By the way, Zack has a helluva a good shoe

I wasn't even about to guess at what happened. Especially with that 18.99 second run. But those 12.8 and 12.6 runs are great. I consider it to be remarkable when anyone is getting a 4,200 LB car that's also a daily driver into the 12 second brackets. No matter what your choice of modifications are, that's quite an accomplishment. Was that done on 93 octane gas or race gas? BTW, since you're posting these ET's on this thread, why not post that 12.6 ET in the "Timeslips" page? It makes good reading for other Marauder owners.

The irony of it all is killing me. Best ET of the day comes with a loaded trunk, street tires, street tune...Go figure, eh?

Yeah, I usually add a few gallons of 100 octane, just for the emotional security of it all. What happened in run was the supercharger bellows blew off at the 1/8th mile, and judging by the 60' time, that could have been our best run of the day. Run F isn't my best times, a few weeks ago I laid down a handfull of 12.4 at this same track, with borrowed tires. Once I get my traction problem resolved, then I start looking for consistent performance.
