Just finished my first tankful since the install of my S/C kit: 282 miles on 15.5 gallons of fuel, or about 18.1 mpg. Here is how the miles break down.

149 miles: Interstate at Avg. speed of 75 mph. A/C on.

133 miles: City driving, bumper to bumper traffic at the beach for about 1 hour. Playing around a bit, getting into full boost, letting my sons test drive car (you know what they did)

This is preliminary I know that, but I am very, very impresed, it exceeded my expectations. I believe that I should have no trouble whatsover getting over 20 mpg in highway driving.

The car with over 700 lbs of passengers can really hurt my new KDW2's....I am very impressed.:D

What did your sons think of it, and how old are they? BTW, that's pretty good gas mileage. With 4.56 gears in my car, I average 16 MPG highway, and 13 MPG around town. But i guess you can't get somethin for nuthin.:o

They were impressed, specially my youngest:cool: , my oldest is a master mechanic at Lexus and loved it, when we got home he asked me if I could adjust the line pressure for the 1-2 shift.....oh well...nothing is perfect, right?;)

Good deal, Javier...on our recent "excellent adventure" to Michigan and Cleveland, we got between 18.5 and 21.5 over 8 fill-ups (approx 1600 miles)...sounds like you're right in the ballpark!

Thank you Carlos, it is something that I planned for quite a while and most important my wife supported the decision, that made it much easier.

You have heard all the other guys talk about S/C's and it is pretty much true, it is fun. I hope your turn comes soon.:D

Just finished second tankful since Trilogy install. This was 100% city driving, no highway trips at all. A little playing, getting into boost a bit. A lot of starting the engine, as much as 15 times a day. bumper to bumper traffic. I consider this to be worst case scenario for fuel comsumption.

Results: 258 miles, 15.6 gallons of fuel used.

About 16.5 mpg with A/C on 100% of the time, temps in the 90's humidity about 300% ;)
