I'm beginning to be a regular regular in these shops.
While washing the car, the passenger headlight starting showing moisture all up inside it. (I knew I should'a been using synthetic blinker fluid- hah!)
I'm crossing my fingers that I'll have this car ironed out shortly. The quality of this car, so far, is laughable.
I'm taking it to a different shop this time. The L&M shop was okay, but the Ford store is open to midnight. Which is nice.

Buy a squeeze tube of GE RTV silicon sealant. Remove the head light. Clean the seam all the way around the head light with a tooth brush (an old one that you don't use;) ) and alcohol. Let it dry. Then cut the tip off of the tube but keep it small. Then push the tube up against the seam opening and squeeze until you see the silicone fill the seam and continue around the whole head lamp. I used black silicon cause it was easier to see what I was doing. Let dry for a day and reinstall. I laso put a small amount of silicone grease (dielectric silicon that would be used on spark plug boots) on the gasket for the bulb opening. I haven't had moisture in the headlamp since. Total cost $3.50, cheaper than the gas you'll use getting to a dealer.
