I've seen Trilogy #1 moving under its own power in Dearborn. I'll assume that means the new motor is in. Any details to share?

Thanks.

I heard from Jerry that it is good running order once again. The nitrous isn't on until the larger injectors and MAF are in.

It is going through it's break in period. No wide open throttle until it breaks in.

From what I was told, it is a stock short block with forged internals.

I can personally testify to it's working order. I rode in both Tril 1 and 2 :)

All I got the keys to Trilogy 1 for was to roll up the windows and lock the doors.

O.K. you guys,

Trilogy #1 is running again and very, very well! We are going through the breakin period that Slim referred to. We used the same block with forged internals. We wanted to maintained the same engine configuration, but add a stronger bottom end. No boring, no porting, stock heads, etc, etc. We did put a beefed up transmission in the car to handle all the new horsepower. It shifts so hard your fillings fall out! I need to get 3,000-4,000 miles on the car in the next couple of weeks so that we can go to the EATON Drag Racing Day on June 21st. If we feel that the engine has had an adequate breakin period, we want to push on it hard with race fuel and use some Nitrous.

We want to get the car back on the track, so understandably we are impatient. But, we always confer with Dr. Lidio before killing the patient, again.

Thanks

Jerry
