While returning home today, through South Carolina, I only saw one marked SC Highway Patrol Car, but I did see three unmarked, all giving out tickets on I-95.
1. One Dodge Intrepid:
2. One Ford CV White:
3. One Ford CV, also White, with those funky mag spoke wheels.
These two CV's looked like regular cars and not Police Interceptors.

WE also use CVPI Executive Package cars. Basically CVPIs w/ chrome trim no "Police Interceptor" badges and no spot light. Same as a CVPI though

That's called the " Street Appearance Package" option. Meaning that it's a Police Interceptor that is supposed to look like a civilian model.
SCHP is also testing this.

I had a CV with the street appearance package, but swapped it for newer all black trim - I'm not much for the plastic chrome and that car had too much.
IMHO a Street Appearance Package should consist of a plain white Crown Vic with Teddy Bear hub caps, anyone seen those? or Daisies. Who would think a cop is rolling around in that? Maybe hang some "Just Married" tags off the back.

That Mustang is the ****zle!
I'm not suprised.
Gotta love some SC troopers! Whoop whoop Greenville COUNTY!
