I'm about to pull the trigger on gears, tune, stat, plugs, underdrive pulleys, cold air intake, torque converter, sway bar...and maybe some flowmaster 50's.
Any tranny concerns I should consider addressing with these mods (although I may go ahead and put stud and girdle kit on at the same time - and I will never supercharge the car.)
I've had no issues whatsoever with my transmission at 23,000 miles.

The car will be truley a different car after all of that.
At least do the tranny j-mod while it's out. Other than that, you're good to go.

Yeah, I finally drove a modded MM a couple weeks ago - "Directed By's" car - and realized what I've been missing.
Can you point me to a thread that spells out what the j-mod is?

The J mod comes in the level 2 kit as well as the forced lube mod, the kit also has the spiral lock clip to insure the snap ring does not come off the drum, as several N/A cars have happened as well as many SC cars, this can be installed by any competent transmission mechanic while the transmission is out and you can also install the rear engine cooling kit at the same time, but if money is tight you can read up on the TCcOA how to do just the J mod.

Y'all do all that in one swift move, you're gonna break something.
Most likely a smile that won't go away, which will be a problem for you when your "distant Aunt Mary by marriage" passes away, and your black sedan gets tagged as a people mover...

I had a T-Bird and was interested in the J-Mod. I have Lidio's tune and I have the question as to how this will work with an already computer tuned transmission?
