Yup. Idles too low.
Some folks have their cars tuned with an extra hundred RPM or so at idle.

Check inside the drivers door... on the pillar of the frame, I think. What's your code? You're describing something common on BMD0 cars, and Ford has a reflash that cures it.
Just a thought, but it fixed mine.

I thank you Both for your Ideas I have My idle bumped up to 700 RPMs with my SCT tune and My Door Code is FDH2 So unfortunatly Neither one of those suggestions are the issue. The only other Idea I have is that my A/C only blows out the Defrost and not the Vents. That is caused by a Vacuum issue. Is it possible that the Vacuum issue would cause the idle? Or Is the Vacuum from the A/C Controls unrelated to the engine Vacuum?

Yes a vacum leak will cause lumpy idle. All vacum comes from the same source... the engine.

Yeah My dopey question made me out to look like a Moron, But I just wanted to be sure. I checked my Vacuum lines and they are all hooked up and not worn so I guess its off the dealer for service. Thanks for the info and suggestions.

The best way to find a leaky hose or vaccuum leak is to spray ETHER
around your vaccuum hoses.
Ether is available in many COLD START sprays.
When you've hit a vaccuum leak, you idle will RISE...
