Yes, I looked at Linc. ones to buy and polish and they were the same but a little less money.(at the dealer)

Does anyone know if its the exact part number? Are the spring rates/ sizes the same?

I was answering to "coil covers" not "coil overs".

lol...There is a 2003 Lincoln with coil covers like ours?
