My wife and I recently purchased a 03 GM and it is a nice one. The only problem is the interior needs a major makeover. There are several plastic pieces I need as well as most of the Woodgrain trim pieces. Have actually considered replacing them with Marauder carbon fiber pieces. ANybody know of anybody or any way of getting these (minus the dealer) Also I need a new gas tank put in. Where can I find the best price on one? Are they interchangable with an 02 or lower models???

Check out this thread (http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/showthread.php?t=19299). Certainly most of the interior is good.

Well we actually got it from my brother in law. Is was his and he was into putting sound walls in the back seat area and was constantly ripping it out and putting it back in. Honestly he didnt really seem to care about the interior. He couldnt make the payments anymore so we gave him my wifes 99 GMQ and took over his payments. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me. The car is silver with a grey interior. Really with the parts replaced and the interior completely detailed, it will be a superclean ride. The car has mods though. He added: true dual exhaust with glass pack mufflers (really loud), Billet grille, Jet chip, Intake, and tint. I added: 18" Saleen five star gunmeatal rims with 40 series tires, Pioneer Avic N1 Navigation/DVD/CD, Infinity Perfect Series component speakers. This is my wifes car. She is jealous of my MM so I had to pimp her out. Shes one of the few that understands my hobby and doesnt say no to me buying more mods. Rare huh? Anyways, thank you for the help and the quick replies.....Marc

Perhaps Id like a supercharger for Christmas.....The rule is she cannot have anything that I dont.....doesnt work that way. Im sure she would appreciate a supercharger though. Maybe one day.

The car sounds pretty sweet you should post some pics when you get a chance.
As for the interior I'm 99.9% sure that the parts are interchangeable with any 1998 and newer Crown Vic, Marquis, or Marauder.
You can always check Ebay and your local salvage yard.
