I haven't had a K&N filtercharger kit in my hands yet, but my initial thought is NO.

The SCT and OEM MAFs share the same bolt pattern, but the SCT is 90mm and the OEM is 80mm OD, the difference is almost half an inch in OD. Therefore, the bellows section (pipe leading to the throttle body) of the system will not match the OD of the SCT Big Air. You may have to trim out a section, and add a sleeve that marries the two ODs.
