Proportioning Valve; Do our MM's have one????

Does anyone know if our MM's have a Proportioning Valve/ Combination Valve for the front/rear brake distibution, or is it all controlled by the computer via the electronic brake distibution?? I seem to be warping several sets of front rotors and am not certain as to why.
