Noticed that the bottom of my air inlet box rests on the top of wheelwell cover.
I could cut a 3.50" hole thru - secure with PVC pipe for colder air in these hot
summers. Perhaps include a screen for some protection. Have to be carefull about going thru water. 101degs. here.
Any Thoughts?

WarrenNot going to go straight down, air pump is in the way. Someone else has made a ram air type inlet and photos are in the gallery if it will help. Straight down dosn't seem like a good idea.

I did that to my CV when I had it, kinda redneck, but it didn't do anything noticable performance wise. Yes, I later on installed a "grille" for that bunny scooper.

The air pump is located under the airbox on the MM.
