Re-Assignment of tickets to MVIII

To whom it may concern at MotorCity Marauders, host of MMIII.

I have purchased registration, parking spot and drag race event tickets.
But due to developing family matters the wife and I will not be able to attend.
Would it be permissable to sell my tickets to another interested party?
