Does the A/C shut off at full or heavy throttle?
On my way home last night I made a couple of "spirited" jaunts. It's been muggy lately - most of the rain has been skipping over this area. Had the A/C on and noticed that on one occassion after a heavy dip into the throttle, and another full press into it, that hot humid air was blown out the vents for just a bit. Then it went back to the cold stuff.
I've heard in the past that Ford did this on some vehicles. It's something that should be obvious to do. Just never noticed it on anything else. So is it true?
