Went to Quicklane for oil/filter change, trans oil change, mount/balance new KDWS tires (purchased elsewhere) and alignment.

Got home and got ready to wash and treat the tires.

The servce "technician" put the 235s on the driver side and the 245s on the passenger side!!!

I would complain but they did not give me the old tires and they did not charge me a disposal fee. :)

Got 19582 miles on the front tires.
And 26709 miles on the rear tires.

I am surprised that the ABS light didn't come on. Take it back and they will switch them for you- no questions asked. If they don't, you could lose the clutches in the rear end.

Wonder if the guys on the West coast would put the bigger rubber on the driver's side and the folks from the East coast put it on the passenger side?

You know... is a sick, sort of demented way, I am getting into this idea!

What if you alternated.... large on the driver's front and passenger rear.....
:banana2:

I guess it would make a big difference, depending upon wether it was an '03, or, 04 because of the traction control. Not to mention the other obvious issues. :D

It is an '03. And I swapped the wheels myself. RF to LR and LR to RF. Tires had 20 miles on them at that point.

Sounds like about the right setup for Bristol Speedway.

A Marauder .... what's a Marauder ... Is that sort of like a Grand Marquis Super Sport or something?
