Ya know, now that I've seen a blue one, I'm glad mine is BLACK!!!

I bought my MM from their West Madison location.

Their Milwaukee store has supposedly sold quite a few of them (salesman talk).

But I know that a bunch of their first customers had their Marauder wheels stolen. Therefore every one sold from Boucher, comes now with wheel locks installed.

That's the same place (Madison West), that claims to get a silver 2004 MM in about three weeks.

Are they really claiming that the silver MM in 3 weeks will be an '04?

Any price projection of this? I ask only because their rep is getting murky, and the release date for the '04 hasn't been mentioned anywhere yet. Can you clue me? Thanks.

I don't do e-bay. I just visit when one of you guys post a link.

One question though, I see two MM's on there now for about 16k.
Can that be real, I don't understand why anyone, or any dealer would go that low?????

Someone enlighten me.

Cruz,
Those are just the current bid prices. If you look close to the price it will say "reserve not yet met". The dealer or anybody that sells on ebay can put a reserve price on the object they are selling. That protects them from it being sold at too low a price. If it doesn't meet reserve it doesn't sell. Of course it can sell for over the reserve price no problem........and that is what they are hoping for.

Alright,

just got back from the Dealer to get my MM from the shop.
Talked to the salesman, who initially claimed that they were getting an '04 Marauder in about 4 weeks.

HE WAS WRONG !!! Please spread the word, so that this rumor stops.

They just ordered the '03s in Blue and Silver !

I double checked with the guy who does the ordering for the Dealership. He said, that there are no ship dates for 2004 MM yet.

Sorry about all this. Next time I will double check before posting.

No sweat, MMM, you were only repeating what you were told. When questions pop up, we tend to jump on them fast, just for clarity. You're cool with us, please keep repeating what you hear. It does add up to important 411, even when you can't see that going in.

It was mentioned a little while ago on BON by Ford employees when they were discussing plant slow downs, that the '04s would go into production in July/August

Cruz The only MM that I have seen sold on Ebay was Logans. All the MM's that I've have seen to date offered by dealers failed to reach their reserve. Many were listed more than once and never met the reserve. Check out the Blue one on Ebay where the bid is in addition to sticker price. Some one has Bid $15,100 and that would be close to $50,000. Waiting for the out come of that sale, don't think it will materialize. John

If you follow eBay auctions for new cars, and most cars in general, you'll see that reserve prices are often not met. People bidding on eBay always want and expect a "bargain" price, especially on new cars.

Cruz: When I ordered my custom plates in NY (MO*RAUDER), I got to chatting (flirting???) with the gal on the phone and she seemed a lot more savy than the folks out in Ohio. I told her about your prior and current plates and she said they wouldn't make it through here in NY. What's that say about the folks out in your neck of the "woods"?
